Finding an open position Accenture is currently accepting applications for a number of open positions. Review a complete list of our open positions in our jobs database. Submitting your resume First make sure you are qualified for the position by reviewing the qualifications necessary for that specific opportunity. If your qualifications match, complete a thorough online application, as the questions we ask are vital to the screening process. Please set aside approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete the application. Here are a few tips for applicants.
Interested in more than one position? Each of our positions is filled separately, so you should submit an application for every position for which you would like to be considered.
Hearing back from Accenture When you submit your application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. A recruiter will contact you if we wish to discuss your resume in more detail. Please realize that due to the high volume of resumes that Accenture receives, it is not possible to contact every person who submits a resume.
Phone screen A recruiter may contact you to discuss your resume. This may result in a first interview with a recruiter, who will want to discuss your experiences and interests at a high level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at Accenture.
Subsequent interviews If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you may have interviews with Accenture executives that involve a more in-depth discussion of your skills and experiences. These interviews may be conducted over the phone, or in person, and typically last about an hour each. Typically, the entire process will consist of three to five interviews, but this can vary. Your recruiter will provide you with more detailed information about what to expect with each interview as you move through the interview process with us. After each interview is completed, your recruiter will contact you to discuss next steps.
During the interview process, you will have the opportunity to discuss any questions you may have with the recruiter and executives who make up your interview team.
