Accenture offers a wide range of insurance plans so that you can build a coverage package which meets your personal needs. The coverage you elect goes into effect the first of the month following the date you enroll. They include:
Medical coverage: Three national preferred provider organization (PPO) plans and in some locations health maintenance organizations (HMOs). The plans cover a wide range of medical services including 100 percent of routine annual physicals and related tests if performed by a network doctor. There are no pre-existing condition exclusions and no overall lifetime benefit maximums.
Nurselines: Ask trained health care professionals your health-related questions 24/7 if you are enrolled in a PPO plan.
Dental coverage: A traditional plan and a dental maintenance organization. The plans cover most dental treatments, replacement work, periodontics and oral surgery. Orthodontics are also covered. Two annual preventive care visits per person are covered at 100 percent.
Long-term disability coverage: Two levels of coverage—60 percent and 50 percent of your annual salary—to protect your income if you are disabled and can’t work for more than 90 days.
Employee life insurance: Coverage from one to nine or 10 times your annual salary depending on your workforce.
Dependent life insurance: Seven levels of spouse coverage are available, each with a basic level of child coverage, or elect child-only coverage.
Accidental death and dismemberment coverage: Coverage from one to nine or 10 times your annual salary depending on your workforce.
Legal coverage: Fees for a wide range of legal services are covered at 100 percent when you use an attorney or law firm in the plan’s national network.
Excess personal liability insurance: Seven levels of liability coverage above and beyond the limits of your primary auto or homeowners insurance for a broad range of situations.
Long-term care insurance: Provides benefits for long-term care services, such as nursing home care, custodial care, hospice care and assisted living facility care. You and members of your extended family can enroll in this plan.
