The culture of Accenture's Legal group is a hybrid of law firm and in-house legal department. The Legal group provides or manages all legal advice and support to Accenture. It provides objective, focused, practical advice and solutions, based on an understanding of the law and Accenture's business.

Our people play a key role in many areas of Accenture's global business, putting together complex deals, structuring and negotiating transactions, and forming and managing contracts. They advise on compliance related matters. Also,
they might be helping executives understand how to
win business and generate revenues without undue
risk.

One of Legal's primary roles is to help engagement teams obtain good commercial arrangements by reviewing and negotiating client contracts, letters of intent, arrangement letters, and any other type of contract or correspondence with Accenture’s clients.
