It is responsible for meeting the demands of a public company in terms of accurate financial reporting under US Generally Accepted Accounting Practices and compliance with proper internal controls. In order to mitigate substantial risk for Accenture, Finance must help confirm the following fundamental requirements are met:

• Produce accurate external forecasts and manage according to them
