The recruitment process

To join Accenture in Korea, you can either apply online or by sending in your resume to our recruiting staff.

The minimum qualification required is a four-year Bachelor of Arts degree and applicants must have at least one year’s experience in the area of specialization for which they are applying. Male applicants must either have completed their military service or have been granted exemption. No applicant who has evaded military service will be considered.

If chosen for an interview, the recruiting process generally involves several interviews, with our managers and partners from the area of the business you have applied to. The interviews will likely include a screening interview, a brief introductory session either on site or by phone; skills interview and/or behavioral interviews, where the candidate gets an opportunity to discuss their experiences, skills, career goals etc and then a final, or closing interview.
