The Recruitment Process

To join Accenture in Singapore, you initially need to apply, either online or by sending in your resume to our recruiting staff.

If chosen for an interview, the recruiting process generally involves several interviews with our managers from business area you have applied to. The interviews may include a screening interview, a brief introductory session on site or by telephone, a skills interview and/or behavioural interviews - where the candidate gets an opportunity to discuss their experiences, skills, career goals etc - and then a final closing interview.

If your skills and experience aligns with our business needs, we will extend an offer to you.
