What will I be doing at Accenture?
As an Accenture employee, you will be mainly working in teams together with both client and Accenture employees. Your working days will be quite different from each other, with client meetings, team work, individual tasks, workshops and virtual communication. Does Accenture have a formal mentoring program?
When you start working for Accenture, you will be assigned a career counselor. The career counselor’s responsibilities include helping you manage your career, training, and project assignments. At the beginning of the year, you will design an individual development plan and review it with your career counselor. Through the year this plan is tracked and adjusted depending on projects and progress. At the end of the year, the career counselor plays a key role in your annual performance evaluation.
How does Accenture’s evaluation system work?
You will receive regular developmental feedback from both a career counselor and other informal mentors with whom you establish coaching relationships. You work together to establish relevant objectives, and you will be given feedback on every engagement. Formal evaluations are held once a year during our annual review process.
How will I be rewarded?
