There are four main areas of focus in F&PM organized around the CFO’s agenda: Corporate Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Function Management and Risk Management.
Corporate Finance Corporate Finance assists CFOs in developing the necessary corporate finance capabilities to enable high performance for the organization. This is done by helping the client to better understand their organization’s finance function, improve efficiency and effectiveness and align the finance function with the strategic objectives of the organization. Our goal is to help the client enhance the corporate value of the business without taking excessive financial risks. Enterprise Performance Management Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) allows organizations to link strategy with core business processes and activities to achieve high performance. EPM is about optimizing the organizations ability to identify, organize and analyze financial, operational and market information. By creating methods for enterprise analytics, reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting, Accenture helps the client manage performance towards sustainable shareholder value.
Finance Function Management Without an effective finance function, the other more advanced capabilities that all CFOs strive to obtain are difficult to achieve. Finance Function Management solutions support the CFO with the planning and implementation of back-office services, helping to increase operating efficiencies, improve service and drive cost reductions.
