Accenture's recruiting process aims to provide us with deeper understanding of yourself and provide you with a chance to ask any unanswered questions you may have about starting a career at Accenture.

The aim of Accenture’s recruitment process is twofold:

  1. To provide us with a deeper understanding of your work experience, background and career aspirations.
  2. To provide you with an opportunity to have your questions answered so you know what it would be like to work at Accenture.

Once you have submitted an online application, a dedicated recruiter in your area of interest will review both your application and resume to determine whether a current opportunity exists for you within Accenture.

If your skills and background meet our current requirements, the recruiter will arrange a series of interviews. The interview process can vary depending on your area of interest. Generally, there are three stages. In the first discussion, our aim is gain a clearer understanding about the depth and breadth of your technical skills in particular areas. In the second interview, our discussion will focus on examples of relevant work situations. The third interview will be with a senior executive or senior manager who makes the final assessment and confirms which area of the business will most suit your interests and Accenture’s business needs.
