High Performance Business
Accenture has aligned itself round its High Performance Business strategic initiative. Accenture believes businesses that have been consistently successful over time share certain characteristics. These are what permit them to prosper whatever the market conditions might be. This ability to succeed over time is called high performance. Accenture is devoting considerable resources to researching what constitutes high performance, both generally and within certain industries. It currently sponsors an Institute for High Performance Business which leads these research efforts.
