Summer internships are a great way for students to get a taste of what it is like to work for Accenture—and for us to gain an understanding of your capabilities and career goals. The program gathered momentum in 2009, with 13 students spending three months working on projects for Accenture clients, getting a good taste of working life.

According to Veera Hulkko, who runs the summer internship program, “Accenture is a business founded on smart people, so for us to get to know the new generation of students is vital. In fact, several of our interns have stayed on as part-time employees while they pursue their studies. For them it’s a great way to get work experience while being paid, and for us it’s a chance to add new brainpower to our organization.”
