After high school I had two years off before I continued my studies. During that time, I spent thirteen months in the US studying and working as an au pair. I also spent almost a year working with Supply Chain Management in Sweden. When I felt ready to begin college, I chose Lund University. That's where I got my Bachelor of Science in Informatics. During my time in Lund I was heavily engaged in different student societies, both managing company relations and managing social events.
Initially, I chose Accenture because I'd met both HR representatives and consultants through a student society at my school. I had participated in various events and had always been met by outgoing and helpful people. It made me think that Accenture was my kind of company, a place where I would fit in and enjoy being a part of the team.
My job is challenging and ever changing. I enjoy the fact that I am part of a global company and that I have the opportunity to work in an international environment. At Accenture I develop my skills, both on a professional and personal level.
I’m working for a transport company based in Copenhagen with an international team rolling out a new system for their air and sea division. We are now in the testing phase and my main area of responsibility is to prepare for the tests.
